Return Policy

Returns can be made within 28 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in perfect condition. Please contact burcudundarvenner@gmail.com within this time frame to request a return, and then send the item in its original packaging where possible, carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

Please use a fully tracked delivery service and appropriate insurance, as I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return journey.

Once your return has been received and inspected, I will notify you by email that I have åreceived the returned item and advise whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Commissioned artwork, personalised or customised items are not returnable.
